This NVDA add-on enables you instantly to look up word definitions, synonyms, and antonyms using the Merriam-Webster Dictionary API. Also includes a 'Word of the Day' feature to expand your vocabulary, all without leaving your current application.
With the release of version 1.3, the add-on now features an optional comprehensive sound effects scheme for enhanced feedback. Additionally, it utilizes a new layer-based shortcut system designed to prevent conflicts with global shortcuts reserved for other programs, ensuring a smoother and more accessible user experience.
To learn more about the add-on, you are invited to visit its User Guide by pressing the shortcut key Ctrl+Shift+D and then pressing F1.
